2. Definitions

"We/us" refers to Dinosaur Automation AI. A "bot" is a single automation solution. A "package" is a composed workflow of multiple bots and services.

2. Applicability & business services (B2B)

These terms apply to every quote, agreement and delivery, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Our products and services are aimed exclusively at business customers: parties acting in the course of a profession or business. Consumer law — including the statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) — therefore does not apply. All prices are for business customers and exclude 21% VAT.

3. Prices and payment

• Individual bots: one-off setup €650–€10,000, plus a monthly subscription of €49–€995.
• Packages: Complete starter package €16,000 (then €699 per month); Enterprise package from €50,000 (then €2,500 per month).
• Separate services: on-site consult €450–€850, AI check-up €450–€850, AI training package €2,500, extra course pack €30 each.
• Custom work: priced by quote.
• All amounts exclude 21% VAT and apply to business customers only.
• Usage costs (AI, telephony and messaging) are never covered by the subscription. They are charged on to the client at cost price, itemised.
• The subscription covers support, updates and changes up to 2 hours per month.
• When taking several bots, bundle discounts apply to the total subscription: 2 to 3 bots 10%, 4 or more 15%.

4. On-site consult

Custom projects start with a free phone introduction, followed by an on-site consult of approximately 2 to 3 hours. A fee of €450 to €850 applies, depending on scope and location, confirmed in advance. This consult fee is fully waived (credited or not charged) when an agreement is concluded within 30 days of the consult. If no agreement is concluded, the consult fee remains due.

5. Delivery

We aim to set up an individual bot within 5 business days of payment. Custom work and packages follow a schedule defined in the quote. After the consult you receive a written proposal within 5 days, including an indicative savings estimate; no rights can be derived from this estimate.

6. Contract duration, support and maintenance

For support you choose a contract duration of 3 months or 1 year; a longer duration (up to a maximum of 10 years) can be agreed in writing. The contract renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled in writing at least one month before the end date.

Monthly support includes: hosting, monitoring, maintenance, and a number of reserved support hours per month defined in the agreement (for contact, problem solving, implementing wishes and adjustments). Unused hours expire at the end of the month unless agreed otherwise. Regular product updates resulting from the ongoing development of AI technology fall outside these hours and are implemented at no extra cost.

7. Intellectual property

After full payment you receive a licence to use the automation built for you. A custom GPT delivered as a one-time purchase comes without a monthly subscription; optional support can be agreed separately. Our underlying frameworks and reusable components remain our property.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant assignment. We are not liable for indirect damages.

9. Governing law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of our registered office.
